I was going to say the Conjurer's set is my favorite, but in looking for dragons to share I was reminded that the cats are also an apparel. And clearly, nothing is better than cat friends.

The Ghastly sets (Haunting Amber and its recolors) were in first place with 20 mentions
The Starsilks were in second place at 18.
And the Courtier's sets were in third at 16.
