Haughty Petulant Demanding

A birthday gift from Pantheis Clan, Azahara is a desert princess who can be quite petulant when she does not get her way. She is a tiny bit vain and quite besotted with fancy apparel and jewelry. Her familiar, Sazran, is her closest friend and spends much time teasing and soothing Azahara out of the numerous mini meltdowns she has daily. Even though she is considered "eccentric" and has made few friends since her arrival, she is a well loved member of the Clan. She does not like having the story of her journey to Amethyst Peak told; however, the other Clan members consider it charming and quite entertaining so, much to her dismay, it is included as part of her bio.

During the initial interview with Azahara, we discussed at length the stipulations (hers not mine) of her forever clan. When we met, her coat smelled pleasantly of incense, like Sandalwood and Myrrh, though she appeared a bit dusty from her travels. When she entered, she seemed very exotically windblown and mysterious. With her glowing eyes and over all appearance, I suspected belly dancer and I even said as much out loud. Turns out, she is quite outspoken and insisted she is an Arcane desert princess descended from Royal Imperials, and would only re-home to a place befitting her station. Having been told that her new lair was quite lavish she insisted, (loudly) on a tour. After visiting Cyrce's Clan and Amethyst Peak, she grew quite agitated. When asked why she was so upset, she stated quite dramatically and emphatically, (the ol' girl was scandalized) that she was not quite fit to live amongst all those gilded and bejeweled beauties with such magnificent lines unless she was properly bathed and attired as well. She "refused to allow" me to "make a mockery of her" by sending her to her new home in her current (current being one of her genes, as well as nekkid) state. "not at all a compliment to her glowing eyes or level 25 status!" which, beside her name, is what she came with. So, after many hours (days really!) spent in the scrying and dressing workshops, as well as a considerable amount of time looking through skins (I had to listen to an hour long rant about how Tundra females do not get the respect of other breeds when it comes to golden gilded skin finery) the outfit you see, is what she agreed to. So after spending many hours in the mirror preening and admiring her shiny new coat and clothes, "It will do"...she pronounced with a shrug and a heavy sigh (the sigh was mine...)

Personally speaking, I did a background check and though I DO believe she IS an Arcane desert princess, (I'd never admit this out loud to her) she must have fallen in favor. It seems she was one of the many wives to a Sultan and her attitude, temper, and level of self importance got her into trouble. (tossed out on her arse for refusing to be docile most like) As I looked further into her background, I suspect this attitude is the Snapper blood, though she was truthful about the Imperial ancestry. So upon her arrival into your lair should you decide her genes and apparel are not befitting, feel free to spend time with her in the workshops. Trust me when I tell you, on this she will give you no trouble, as she does like to look at herself. :)
