Albihakara's been around for ages. I did end up exalting the two of them for a long time... but with the restoration, they came back permanently. I liked her colors at the time though I'd maybe consider scattering her now, but she's so darn precious and nostalgic. She's a retired old lady who's happy to go on walks and look after the local hatchlings! Once upon a time, she was an adventurer, wanderer, warrior. But that's behind her, now.[/columns]

What a lucky random, right? XYY, perfect monochrome. Never knew what to do with him but once he became a Pearlie it all just fit! Much like his mate, he was once a wanderer - a part of their traveling little band looking for adventure. But after all their stories while she settled down, he did not: he's currently one of the heads of the Shade Hunters' guild, the Pillar's Claw. This be sonara, my random progen. I got really lucky with her colors and loved them since the beginning. It think she was the first dragon i fully gened, and has kept that look for a long time. She was a fae before i breed changed her, and the clan leader before something very unfortunate happened. though she does live on in [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/75897561]this aberration,[/url] she remains ditsy and kindhearted.

This is Mercius, and oh boy. His original name was Heilyn and he was a shy, distant tundra. Despite being my custom, i didnt really like his colors once i saw Sonara but it's better now. He ruled jointly with Sonara but spent most of his time adventuring. after the aforementioned 'something very unfortunate' I breed changed him to obelisk bc big tundra, and finally! gave him genes. He's still a bit of a recluse but is more decisive in his actions.
A bit of trivia; I have exalted Mercius 3 times and Sonara once. I completely scrapped my original lore which had them as main characters. Twice. Now I have bits of the original lore back, with them as side characters instead.

Kima and Cantabile got a pretty bad lot early on. I started the game thinking I really wanted to be Nature clan, and that the tundra dragons were going to be my forever faves. I pretty much immediately wound up regretting the tundra option - something about the way genes and colours looked on them just not sitting right with me, and finding myself very rapidly falling for the more feathery dragon varieties.
I also really didn't like Cantabile's starting colours, or how Kima's tert at the time worked with her other colours. I tried out a tri-colour scroll on... I think Cantabile? At some point and he came out even worse than he started. So they languished for years, ungened, unwanted, and ignored. More recently, I pulled the funds together for some tricolour scrolls and lucked out - I don't know if the dice rolls behind the scenes have been tweaked or not but it seems lately I'm seeing more primary and secondary colours that sit fairly close to each other? Either way, I was much happier with both.
So finally I've started actually investing a little something into them both. Kima still needs a secondary gene, and I want to replace her tert, but they now both look a lot more like exactly the kind of primal, outrageously fuzzy wildebeast I dreamed of when I first made them 8+ years ago.
