I am looking for some art of my dragons and noticed lots of shops charging levels (for example headshot= 400 levels)

levels= Dragon levels.
so you level up enough dragons in the coliseum until the dragons have a cumulative total level to the "price" of the art.

It's usually related to dominance events (where people pay in dragon levels to get art) or just generally since exalting those dragons gives
treasure.
In either case you figure out how many dragons leveled to whatever level equals the payment you need to send and then you either send them over to the artist as 1t Private Auctions or 1-way
Crossroads until you send enough leveled dragons. Once received the artist generally starts working on your commission and then sends you a link to wherever they upload it online so you can grab it and copy it to your device.
From there you upload it to whatever image hosting service you use so you end up with a link there to use the artwork anywhere and you have a duplicate copy on your device in case anything ever happens to your image hosting service.

Gem MP for Gene and Breed scrolls before buying an AH listing from me ending in

Thanks! You can only get dragons to lvl 25, so 100 lvls= 4 dragons, etc. right?

Yes, but since a L25 can sell for 200-300k you're better off leveling up a bunch of dragons to lower levels.
Check out this
chart.
For 100 levels you're likely to want to do L5-L7s.
L25 takes 1,363,652 experience x4 dragons= 5,454,608 experience
L5 takes 6,314 experience x20 dragons = 126,280 experience
You're going to want to do lower level dragons. It will be both faster and cheaper.

you can do 4 level 25 dragons, 10 level 10's or 25 level 4's.
whatever combination of levels, so long as the combined dragons meet the level requirements it's fine.
