The reason for that decision is that there are some users who have adopted very large amounts of dragons over the course of this thread's (and the previous one's) existance so it would be very difficult to keep track of all of them in their cases. Specially considering I don't want to count only non exalted dragons since the thread's rules do allow exalting after some time has passed, so I don't feel it would be fair to not count those for tickets. Sorry about that, but you're still entered with 4 tickets (you're in three pair pinglists, actually! ^^)
