@Nike Hmm? The colors of each deity? Their colors are listed on their profile pages (1-11), like Earthshaker: http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=lair&id=1&tab=dragon&did=1

Wow, thanks so much for all your hard work!! Between this tutorial and the Admin's tutorial, I have a wealth of knowledge I did not previously have when I started this game a week ago. I think I will have a much better handle on how things work here, though I'm still adjusting to the "game jargon" lol. I do still plan on exploring more of the forums for additional game techniques, tricks, and tips, but have a few questions for you that I need some clarification on:

1. You mentioned all the options we have on what to do with our "junk." I know that such "junk" can be utilized at the trading post to create items through a brewing process, and that in doing so, you are also leveling up on your alchemy skill. What, if any, are the items that I can safely sell without worrying about future need of them? Do many people find the brewing process and the items they create essential to game play? Or is it just an added bonus that only some players choose to utilize?

2. I still am not clear how the gene items in the market place are used and if they are for specific species or any species/gender. How do you use them? When do you use them? Egg, hatchling, adult?

3. I've read somewhere that you can find eggs in treasure chests. Would these be treasure chests that are discovered through digging/scavenging activities? Or are eggs only found in the coliseum as you previously mentioned? Do I have to fight in the coliseum in order to find them, or is it a place one can explore without creating a team of dragons for fighting?

I'm sure there will be more questions in the future, but my mind is on overload already lol. Thank you so much for all your help!

1. There are some materials and trinkets that can be traded in bulk for rarer items at Swipp's Swap Stand, it's worth hanging on to those, either to trade in yourself or sell to other players who want to. Most other random junk can be safely sold straight from your hoard, since item rarity doesn't actually matter when you're putting things in Baldwin's Brew- just use the cheapest stuff you've got!

2. You can apply a gene or breed change scroll to any dragon in your lair as long as they're not currently sitting on a nest. When you buy scrolls, they show up in the 'Other' tab of your hoard. Just click on the scroll, select the dragon you want to use it on, and confirm!

3. Most eggs are not found in treasure chests. You can rarely get them at random in the Coliseum, yes, but most eggs come from the Scavenging gathering skill. The element you gather in will determine the element of the egg- scavenge in Nature, get a Nature egg. The only exception is Nocturne eggs, which were introduced this past December for the Night of the Nocturne event! Nocturne eggs can be found in Strange Chests and the element of the dragon within is random.

@Caylis I'm glad that this thread has helped you, I will try to add some clarity to the points you mentioned. Especially Baldwin related (alchemy) information, as I have not updated this post since he has moved into the Trading Post.
