Hi! I'm a relatively new(1 month) and want to know more about Flight Rising. I'm so glad the server time is Pacific time too(cuz i live on the west coast)!
I have quite a few questions, so I will split them up into sections. I would prefer if each section was answered in a separate post for each with the question numbers listed before the answer. Please ping me when you answer and I would like to friend you too!

1. How do add something into your signature?

2. This is not completely forums related, but how do you make your own signature?

3. How can I find a specific forum I want?

4. How can I earn more star thingys?

5. How do I display an image for a dragon or item?

6. What do all the abbreviations mean?

7. Why do gene scrolls cost so much?

8. Is there any efficient way to breed dragons without having to worry about inbreeding when you have 11 dragons?

9. What is the minimum amount of dragons needed to keep breeding dragons without worrying about them being related?

10. Is there a breed that has a higher tendency to get 5 egg nests?

11. Are there other more affordable, reliable cheap ways to get gene or breed change scrolls beside the marketplace?

12. Why are some genes harder to get to appear in hatchlings?

2. Pick an art program and design an image, upload to a hosting site and put the code into your signature. You can also hire people to make them.

3. Click on the "Forums" link under Library on the left side of the page.

7. Gene scrolls are treasure sinks and necessary for a healthy economy. As you learn how the site works and spend time on it your ability to earn treasure will increase.

8. Use the Assay tool in the Scrying Workshop (link under Library).

9. Two. You can keep buying dragons to breed with on the AH or directly from other players or from unhatched eggs.

17. It depends on how much you value getting that dragon now vs. breeding/scrolling it yourself.

18. Coli available familiars/apparel/skins tend to be cheaper if you find them yourself. You'll need to put in the time/effort or just buy. Again, you need to determine worth of "right now" vs. coli grinding. AH may or may not be cheaper than MP.

19. Items you can't get anywhere else or have a better deal. Price and compare.
