there are two things that would prevent your dragon from using an augment stone. these are 1. your dragon being too low of a level or 2. your dragon's element not matching. your dragon's eye color should match up with the element of the augment stone (if it is elemental). don't forget to press lock stones when you have them placed!

yes! scrolls of renaming are available in the marketplace's specialty tab for 6000 treasure. you can use them from your hoard's specialty tab.

Augment stones just change your dragons' stats as a passive ability and are not usable abilities in battle. What you're looking for there are ability stones.

@RCoutme unnamed dragons have a little scroll next to the 'unnamed' that you can click to name them from the lair or from their page.

you can rename dragons by using a scroll of renaming from your hoard, not from the dragon page.

Wasn't this year's TCC apparel (Voltvolley Implements) originally the Voltvolley Improvements?

@DragonQueenJ It doesn't seem to have been changed. There are no posts mentioning voltvolley improvements apart from yours just now but several about voltvolley implements starting from just after the announcement was posted.
