Fist go to Baldwin's Brew, then click Brew Item.
Then click the thing that says Any Category, you should see a drop down of words.
Click Specialty & Other, then you should see the Festival Currency first.
Scroll down until you see the scenes.

I see festival items, genes and vistas but no Scenes.
It's fine though. It's not a big deal. I'll live without them.

Is there a new Joxar item for this festival? Or is the new cycle for his items starting next month? I keep looking at his offerings and I can't figure it out

I am rather curious, though: what operating system and browser are you using? I can't help but wonder if you're using something that doesn't support more modern code.

What level are you at? The scenes are Level 10 (Webfiend Cave) and Level 20 (Royal Chambers), so if you're below those levels you won't see them.
