You resize it as you normally would with shadows and lineart. You can show off your emperor skins made with this here if you like. The base is free for personal and public use on site, within the restraints of Flight Risings terms of services. [b]Please inform people this is a collab skin ideally with a link to this base[/b] so they don't get confused because the base is available for public use. So more than one artist can use my art for their emperors. I simply must play around with it

I have a question though; I think there's a neck or two that doesn't look right. It was the head farthest to the left; it looks like there's two necks connected to one. Am I just looking at it wrong?
