I like to talk, but I never really know what to say ha ha. Right now, I'm trying to figure out my new flight. I posted in the introduction thread and actually had someone send me a welcome message, so I guess that's a promising start ^-^ Now, I just need to grind the coliseum so that I can gain some treasure and gene my dragons to make my dragons pretty :D
I think I'm aiming up fixing my lonely spiral first. Oddity.

Also I've been absent mostly because of losing interest in FR for other places, I still come back to feed and breed the dragons, but not so much anything else anymore.

@Karika I'm not sure if I'm the right person to ask as even though I probably have more spirals than I should. I still have a very specific aesthetic when it comes to colors and genes in terms of what I think looks nice. I'm not a fan of shoving genes on dragons just for the sake of the dragon being triple gened.
I usually only consider underbelly for for dragons that have an XYY color pattern. For example, here's a dragon I currently own with underbelly. Her current genes are Thistle Iridescent, Mulberry Basic, Mulberry Underbelly. I'm going to give her Seraph as a secondary gene and not just because it's cheaper than shimmer. I think a dragon will look odd with shiny body, shiny wings and non-shiny underbelly.

Although I went with Iridescent and Shimmer on my circuit dragon, I wouldn't do it with your dragon because you'll end up with a dragon with a greenish body and blue wings. Decisions decisions. I'm thinking I should just save up and buy a circuit scroll too, so then I can preview both genes on him and this guy:
