I LOVE MINE SO MUCH I got my favorites colors!! At first I wasn't the biggest fan of the feathered wings and saw them as a bit unfitting, but after giving it a day to mull over their design... honestly, they are kind of fitting. Everluxes are a nice blend of stereotypical elegant angels (the wings and poses) and "biblically accurate" strange angels (the grub-like bodies and oddly small legs). When you think of it this way, they do fit Light strangely well. Not all angels are pretty humans with elegant wings.

I still would've preferred if they were more insect-like, but I quite like them as-is too. I hope they lean more into this strangeness with future ancient breeds and we really begin to push the boundaries of what a dragon truly can be. This is what I wanted with ancients - generic dragons are what moderns are for.

The art direction of the Everlux makes me immensely happy. Unique terts, memorable head shape, and CHUBBINESS!! Or if I'll try to be more constructive, the body shapes look like shapes that deviate from the common long, thin, serpentine look of most breeds.

I'll mention this old thread in brief, because I agree with what's said in it, and feel like Everlux incorporate its feedback in earnest.

i am SO so so happy with these guys like i was totally expecting to hate them because they felt silly goofy from the teaser but they're so GOOD!! i love fat and i love insects and im so glad we have a dragon that actually looks like a bug!!! [emoji=fae love size=1] new fav ancient
