These dragons have been the most exciting addition to me since the release of Aether. I think they took all of my favorite design bits from them and amped them up to 1000 to make the perfect buggy, to me. I've already gone nuts on two of them (and i want to gene up my hatches as well!)

I actually prefer the other pose more than this one, but Eclipse in specific looks so good on F pose!

Agreed! I loved the Aether when they came out, but I struggled to get them to fit into my lair because they're just too cute (which isn't a bad thing, I love cute dragons too!) but Luxes are perfect in that regard. Both cool and elegant and kind of eldritch looking with their spindly little legs. I love their serious faces and their poses, it makes for something that can be very regal.
I know some people have complained the eyes are too small, but I actually really like that they can sort of 'disappear' with the right gene usage and eye color, because I also like eyeless designs and that's not something we're ever naturally going to get on FR for obvious reasons.
This is actually the longest I've spent on FR in a while. I wasn't planning to participate in this year's NotN, actually, but now I think I will so I can save up treasure for a new lair tab with these guys.
I'm also really looking forward to the future gene releases. They have to get wasp/bee and glowtail eventually, right? [emoji=everlux happy size=1]

Agreed! I loved the Aether when they came out, but I struggled to get them to fit into my lair because they're just too cute (which isn't a bad thing, I love cute dragons too!) but Luxes are perfect in that regard. Oh wow Mikhail looks incredible! In love with how the horn looks like a golden headpiece. <3 I've always been fond of Cherub but I am in love with how uniquely it presents itself on this breed! (And ofc, Eclipse is beautiful).

I think it's probably one of the best designs that FR has put out, to date. If not the best, in terms of sheer creativity and mold-breaking. I think that it shows that we have a very creative art team that deserves to be allowed to stretch their legs and give us really interesting, downright cool stuff. I desperately hope that the negative response doesn't curtail this step forward. The team did great.

See, i totally agree with this part too! Like, i prefer M pose by miles, i silohuette scrolled my eclipse baby, but... A) I think they get the better portrait and B) the actual eclipse sun being visible on F does wonders. Your gal has cherub too, and i really like how the wings splay out on the legs! gives that angelic vibe some were hoping for the breed.

tragically my 'sona' will have to wait as my Colors are... rather pricey for a gen1 lol but in the meantime i dance with these delightful little fat maggoty beasts. they even have my Mother's horn [emoji=mirror size=1]
