hoooo boy this thread takes me back... iri/shim/circ and pet/butt/glim were all the rage when i joined. i don't think i have any left - i recently finished regening my iri/shim/circ girl i started regening ages ago before my hiatus (i never particularly liked that combo tbh, she is a very sentimental dragon and i like that she has a vintage past but i prefer her looking cute to me now) and the closest to pet/butt/glim i have now is pet/butt/underbelly covered in so much apparel you can only tell his genes and colours by the wee information box.

this thread is making me low key want to acquire some dragons with old trendy combos tho... maybe skink/spinner/runes which i still unironically think absolutely slaps

i actually prefer it when trends die, because then i can actually get the dragons [emoji=coatl laughing size=1]

I too had a pastel phase, and I'm not even super crazy for those colors. I just wanted a cohesive lair that was nice to look at from the lair screen, and boy did the aesthetic do that. But I was too weak to keep it up long term, given how much I like about every color on the site.

Oh man, I kinda wish people would use the older genes more often. Cherub, circuit, cryface, irishim...they're all so good!! The genes from 2015-2018 still feel new as all get out to me but they clearly aren't lol And I'll say it until it sticks, XYY x/obs/obs with x/x/okapi is GOOD stuff, need more of those always.
