It's pretty neat! It's got a good look to it and the smoke is a nice touch.
However, because of it's size it's tricky to integrate into a pre-existing outfit. You really have to start with the mask and add pieces from there to create an outfit that looks nice with it. Otherwise things just look messy.
Beyond that, I have a bit of beef with apparel items that seem like they should've been two separate items instead. They create situations where there is no good way to layer something because no matter what something's gonna clip oddly. Like, I'd like for the smoke to layer above anything I want to put over the mask, but it doesn't and it just looks kinda janky. I have the same beef with the Magmatic Pauldrons for the same reason.

I like it! I kinda wish it were JUST the smoke because I don't have many dragons that work with the actual mask itself, but all in all, it's pretty nice.

I like that it helps make male pearls look less awkward to me (them and their bike tire chest/belly) and covers snapper bewbs, is nicely done and stuff but I can't help but think it's some kind of weird techno DJ's head covering, the flameage color in the slits looks more like LEDs to me than it does anything else or something. haha
I'm not usually super enthused about the fire apparel, aside from the fireballs, love those guys.
It fits, just isn't really my jam.

I think it makes sense to cover the neck/chest area. It's meant to protect a dragon from heat, and the underside of the neck and chest are pretty sensitive.
