One of my fellow plague members exalted her. Because of that, I think either the person who hosted the main event, or the organizer for plague, wrote to the mods and asked for her to be unexalted. And thankfully she was. So yeah, Torch is one of the few dragons to be exalted and to return to FR.
I dunno I think that was pretty much what happened.
