Day Three
As night fell, seven dragons met in private, plotting on who to target that night in muffled voices. Their hit list had more than one name written on it. Two dragons set out to fulfill the job just before sunrise, the majority of the night having been spent planning.
The first dragon made their way to where Lorrigan slept, clutching a pitchfork they had found in the storage of the warehouse. They held the weapon above him with two paws, and then drove it down into his chest, severing his vital organs. He died before he could wake up and make any noise, and his killer smiled with satisfaction, leaving his skewered body behind.
At the same time, a second dragon set out in search of Keethe. They had been watching this particular dragon since the first day, and had planned out her death completely. Approaching her body quietly, they crouched down and held a chemical-soaked rag over her snout. Keethe's breathing became ragged and hoarse as she suffocated, and though she woke up moments before her death, her cries were muffled by the cloth. She died unmarked and with a surprised expression on her face. Her killer ran a paw over her eyelids, closing them for her.
Bog, who was shackled up in the shed, had vampires set after him in the middle of the night. They toyed with him at first as he fought against his restraints, making small scratches against his hide, causing him to shudder in anticipation of their next move. Blood trickled down his shaking frame from the gashes, and it was lapped up by a rough tongue. After a while, the vampires gave in to their blood-lust, plunging their fangs into his throat, violently ripping open his tender flesh. Once he was dead, they indulged in their meal, cleaning up the mess they had made, leaving behind only bones and torn apparel.
Lilith woke up early that morning, having planned to present the initiates with something before they were up. She pulled back the curtains to a few rooms to make sure everyone was sleeping when she noticed the dead bodies of Keethe and Lorrigan. She frowned for a moment, shaking her head, and then yelped loudly to wake everyone up.
"Rise and shine, everyone!" she called, "There were a few deaths last night."
She pushed the curtains to where their bodies lay wide open so that everyone may see.
"I've got something I need to do," she chirped to the group, "So search these bodies for me, okay?"
With that, she made her way out of the warehouse, leaving the demons to investigate.
Aveil, one of the vampires who was tasked to eliminate Bog, entered the warehouse after finding something on his body.
"Hey, demons," she yelled, waving a crumpled piece of paper in the air, "I found this on the Guardians body."
She dropped the piece of paper to the floor and flew up into the rafters.
Quote:
I've been keeping an eye on the dragons who claim to be demons, and I've found out a lot about their natures, so I'll be writing my findings here.
Redmoon can be quite heretical at times.
Samael seems to be very patient.
Event
Lilith entered the warehouse again, pulling a Pearlcatcher in with her. Viscera followed behind her, holding a metal cage, setting it down near the front of the warehouse. Lilith forcefully stuffed the dragon into the cage, locking her in.
"Hey, I'm back!" she hollered, gesturing to the cage, "And I brought a present!"
The Pearlcatcher shook fearfully, clutching her pearl for comfort as she stared out of the cage to her surroundings. Her jaw was tied shut, so whimpering was the only noise she could make. Her iridescent fur and scales were caked with dried blood, and something bright shone in her eyes despite her terrified expression.
"We've captured this nasty angel to," she paused, "Well, torture her, of course!"
"Yes," Viscera joined in, "Perhaps she will tell us some important information about the angels who have infiltrated our initiation."
"Won't this be fun?" she giggled, "You get to decide what to do with her!"
