(i wrote "benevolent" there for a moment, but it's parasitizing acres upon acres of forest. it's otherwise just A Thing. it's there. it's real and cool and i love it.) and if you cook the mushrooms it makes well enough, apparently they're edible. whodathunk. EDIT 2: decided to also give the mardi gras dragon a scry. still haven't been to new orleans in my life, for mardi gras or otherwise, but it's a dream for sure! As a Marylander and after consulting with our council, we do indeed believe that your Maryland dragons is in fact a good boi.

And I think it just matched really nicely with the tarnish/peacock combo. And despite what some think, Nevada isn't all desert. We're actually one of the most mountainous states in the USA. Looking it up, we have 319 mountain ranges :) [size=2]I actually need this dragon now though.. But, did you know that Nevada is one of the largest producers of gold in the world? Pretty impressive imo. And lastly, because I couldn't leave out the biggest tourist spot in Nevada. I've never been myself, but we all know Vegas has [i]a lot[/i] of lights.

Proud Minnesnowtan here! Perhaps the things we're most famous for are snow, lakes, sugar beets and of course strong Scandinavian heritage. "Land of sky-tinted waters" is an approximate translation of the name, so here's a lake themed dragon at early winter when the snow starts falling. Tundra for obvious cold resistance, chrysocolla to show scrubby plants hanging in there at the very end of the growing season, sky foam for nice ripply waters, and white opal for the random snow banks that stick around in the shady spots for the first snows of the season.

[/quote] YAS. Definitely taking this as a suggestion. And I was going to give the dragon a cow like familiar and nickname it Bevo.

@SerpentineSage Ngl, I never knew it was called that and had to look up what that was lol. My family always just called it The Big Blue Bug so I didn't know it had another name XD
