Xe pressed his soul into a body similar to his own in life. Did he cheat death? Maybe, but xe feels very much alive in this plush body of his. Made of stuffing, stitches and button eyes, Draftstopper continues to work towards a goal of creating life out of non-life. Well, he *has* completed that goal, with xirself. But, was that worth it? Who knows what happened to his original body. This small plush-self is all he has left. With this entry, we especially loved the choice of accent to give an attractive—and very on-theme—smoky effect, which itself is expanded on and enhanced with the use of the Sanguine Plumage. The other especially great thing going on here is the way that the shades of purple and red are blended into one another—not only through the shading provided from the accent, but from the choices of apparel which further showcase reds which blend to deep burgundies, smoky purples, and almost-but-not-quite black. Finally, while Mandragorum is certainly not the only one to take advantage of the very apropos bogsneak breed choice, or of witchy companion creatures, we definitely enjoyed that part too!
