Not gonna do all of them but that's a lot of cute dragons you got there!
Niskai: Has been experimenting with crystal attunements and claims that all crystals are attuned to emotions. While trying to channel those emotions she encountered crystals with an intense negative aura surrounding them. Throughout an experiment with these crystals something went wrong and they are now covering a big part of her body. She doesn't seem to be hurt from it, though her emotions are seemingly amplified by the crystal growths.
Ascomycota: A scavenger of some sorts. Very crafty with things that others see as trash. Has a collection of all kinds of stuff but won't let others touch it or even come near to it. Some dragons think he lives in garbage, he just calls it his lair.
Calder: Just a humble fisherman who loves to fish and hates water. Nobody knows how or why he got the job. He has a tiny little rowboat from which he does all his fishing. He sells his fish for a fair price from a shoddy stall close to the docks.
Mischief: Master prankster, amazing pick-pocket and overal chaotic neutral. Knows all the less savory dragons in the clan but works for nobody but herself. The ultimate wildcard, will do practically anything for the right amount of coin.
Sadalsuud: Blue mage that enjoys the Coliseum. He learns spells by seeing others perform them and so he doesn't really have a specific style of magic that he prefers. Always optimistic and happy and has way too much energy for his own good.
Barakiel: A dragon-like creature that seems to be composed of electricity. His eyes glow in the dark and seem to be gemstones, like the gems he wears in his jewelry. He can control lightning and always seems to have an aura of magnetism surrounding him.
Shiloh + Meteor: Two sisters. They are actually the meteorites that circle around them, not the dragon bodies they control. Both of them picked a dragon species that fits their personality best, which is why they look so different.
##63152738/"Rahmi": A magician, not really uses magic but rather sleight-of-hand to perform tricks. Loves to perform for hatchlings and despite her tricky skills she doesn't actually form a menace for the clan. She's as good as can be, really.

As said before, no clue if this helps you in any way, but I wanna throw something together anyway.
Monolith: Really good guy to hang out with but he will tell you the weirdest things that he totally believes is real. He calls himself an 'archeologist' but he'll misinterpent everything he finds. He even has a collection of rocks that he believes have been 'made' by tiny creatures that look like serthis but with legs.
Brisha: Calmer than Monolith, but still really into the weirdest stories. While her mae likes digging, she prefers swimming and fishing for treasure, getting her fur wet to find weird rocks for Monolith's collection. It's pretty hard though, as she can't wear her glasses underwater.

Sheo: A dragon obsessed with nature. He has an orchard where he grows the most amazing fruits. In spring, the trees flower with lovely pink flowers that he sometimes uses to decorate himself. Not too much though, as he still wants the trees to bear fruit.
Renaissance: A ghostly looking historian who knows a lot about clan history. He's always open to answer any questions and thinks it's great that other dragons seem to be interested in history. Despite his appearance, he is not dead. He only looks like it.
Paderau: A surprisingly menacing individual. Many are fooled by her sweet appearance, but she's rough around the edges. Can be very direct, perhaps too direct. Prefers actions over words but even then her words can be like poison.
Oolaatra: A seer who revels in giving the most horrible predictions to her clients. Whenever she sees something uneventful or positive, she'll actively play up the more negative parts of her vision just to scare her customers in coming back for more predictions.
Circe: A woman of science who is always tinkering with something. Nobody seems to understand her motives, but it's obvious that she's trying to recreate dragonkind through clockwork mechanisms. She doesn't see anything wrong with it too. It's just an experiment for her.

Utada + Hikaru (nice reference): A pair of bards who sing to keep the dead at peace. Whenever a spirit seems to be restless, these sisters perform their signature magical song to help the spirit move on to the afterlife.
Rage: A dragon-like creature who is the embodiment of rage. Whenever he gets close to another dragon, this dragon begins to feel an uncontrollable rage burning within them. Despite this, he is very calm and collected himself, and almost never seems to get angry.
Gorki: A spirit of a dragon who once froze to death. Is imposing, but not dangerous. Can turn himself invisible but dragons around him will feel a cold aura. He claims to have unfinished business, but actually doesn't seem to know what that might be.
Rillener: A serene artist whose preferred instrument is the flute. Whenever he plays this flute, he seems to slip into a state of trance and he never actually remembers the melody after he played it.
Gain: A botanist who collects fallen flowerpetals. Whenever she needs to make a big decision, she uses these petals to help her make a decision. While some might see it as superstition, Gain truly believes in whatever the petals tell her and she'll work hard to follow their guidance.

Somehow she claims to see something, but when she points it out nobody else can see whatever she's seeing. You have no idea if it's a prank or not.
