Valenya enhances the perfection of this outfit by simply existing, for her mere presence is enough to make a weaker dragon weep in awe. (She's my librarian and prison warden, which might seem like an odd combo, until you figure out where she's imprisoning those who have wronged her, and also those who haven't. She would totally go to a ren faire, because the scene is straight out of a book and she loves old-fashioned clothing.)
