In a subjective sense, if you really love zeros and she brings you joy, she's priceless/ whatever you're willing to pay.
With the validation out of the way, I'll show you my numbers for a sense of scope. Keep in mind that I'm a bargain hunter and don't buy often so my numbers might skew low. I also bought Liadain in 2020 and Octavia in 2019-ish, so the market may have shifted since then. [b]TL;DR: IMO that's pretty high but I don't think you got ripped off.[/b]

Zeroes are more popular than 8s and Liadain has a break in the string toward the very end (which makes her a 5-string with a less clean looking ID), but I'd have personally priced your gal between 50% and 75% of the range between the two. 5 is the minimum for a solid run of numbers but it's at the end of the ID and zeroes are the most popular.
She's a good dragon with a pretty ID, and this is all crazy subjective. My ceiling for purchase is a lot lower than most people's so YMMV.

@Axqu & @CometMilkshake -- From my experience selling IDs, I will say that sometimes dragon IDs surprise you, either selling much higher or much lower than expected. Each dragon is unique, definitely worth it for a wanted one. The SIDHA sales history also has a pretty wide range for minor milestone hits, and all of those sales are pretty old.
The skydancer plan for the minor milestone dragon looks fabulous.
I also want to say that wow, 2019/2020 was a different world. I've yet to sell a seven-digit uninterrupted solid string and am uncertain if I ever would, but they are very hard to catch and very rare, and I am 100% positive Octavia would be worth so much more today. Eights are highly desirable numbers; there are a number of people who specifically like eights in sequence.
