I have yet to read any lore about a dragon that pilots a ship to bring exalted dragons to their deities. It's also incredibly poetic and I love the way your writing flows! @vaporslash If I may say, he's an interesting-looking dragon! I certainly buy the pathologist look. I think it's the wings. Anyhow. The idea of a virologist that is immune to certain viruses is great. I also like the whole "frail doctor" type thing. I feel bad for the poor guy and the nightmares that he has, but he seems to have an okay life. He's also doing a lot of good, developing vaccines and whatnot. Seems like a good guy, even if he's not the most friendly. The kind of guy who does his job and kind of looks down his nose (beak?) at other dragons who want to have fun sometimes. I do feel, though, like I never get a sense of [i]who[/i] he is. The bio gives a lot of strictly biographical information about Malaise: where he comes from, what he does. The most personality we get comes from this sentence: "He is a harsh individual and has a personality that clashes with many other members of the clan." I just would like to know [i]how[/i] he's harsh. Who doesn't he get along with and why, you know? Maybe why he's interested in Divana? I think it would go a long way toward solidifying his personality for me, anyway. I feel like I have these little flecks of personality, but it gets covered by the information that he's sick all the time, studies diseases, and has nightmares. Anyway, I really do like him. I imagine the quote you have there exemplifies him pretty well: "The remedy is worse than the disease." Seems that he's an [i]ends justify the means[/i] kind of dragon. @Almedha It's long, but it's quite interesting. I like how you've built the bio with the little story in the beginning and family relationships etc. at the end. Nadia herself is such a lovely, caring dragon. Her profession is a cool, creative idea that fits well in the area where she lives and I like how it ties into the Light's philosophy in an uncommon, but still logical, way. All in all, her bio is rich in details and she seems very accepting dragon devoted to her trade. And her children. @Paperiahma Her lore is simply written, but engaging. I love how you described her urge for violence, and how it ended up bringing her to better paths, even though it nearly killed her.Your use of comparisons for the more abstract are quite nice too!And her gaining the ability to talk to spirits because she nearly died is a nice idea. @crowworm I wanna first say, I like his outfit I read the first, two paragraphs, I just wanted to read more. Her interesting tale about her sibblings and the warehouse was very unique, I dont read that much of something like this. when I read her bio about being a thief. I did this modern skyrim vibe in my brain. @LordBoxman I really like how despite the fact that Louie’s lore is short, I can get a pretty good view of his personality- which is something I personally struggle with a lot. It’s quite unusual for me to come across lore that mentions organized crime, so a mafia derg is definitely unusual. While the lore is pretty short, it makes me wonder about quite a few things: How did Louie end up with the mafia? Why does he want to please his boss so badly? Is it fear or another reason? Another thing I've noticed is that you use 'Louie' and 'he' a lot when referring to him, which in itself is not a bad thing, but can get rather repetitive. You could change it up a bit by saying something like ‘the spiral’ or ‘the yellow and black dragon’. @Wintermoon33 Wow what a beautiful portrayal of such a stunning dragon! I love the different descriptions you used to show how elegant this dragon is in her craft. @LostSketchbook ; Regarding Kai I delight to think about what caused "...but doesn't care much for the sound of a wooden pipeflute" to come [i]immediately[/i] after "Very level headed..." Honestly I'd rather like to know the story about how he was [i]turned into a turtle[/i]. That's certainly a thing to share around a campfire. Kai seems like a friendly guy; strikes me as pretty cheerful and bound for adventure! I like that you have bits about their familiars too - - I'm trying to get loyal with all of mine, so unfortunately they rarely match up for me, ahah.
