Our wonderful mechanic/inventor [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/90992479]Stelren[/url] has created these wings and (cleverly named) foot lifters for our lovely Sir Cornelius! The wings allow the wearer to glide while the foot lifters, which both are powered by magic mind you, let out strong yet steady gusts of air to keep them afloat! Now as for the odd colored squares surrounding him.. we're not quite sure why those are there.
