It begins turning in a circle to show you its beautiful wings and begins admiring its own beauty as it turns. You quietly sneak by the happy pup while it continues its turning ritual and you make it safely to the other side of the bridge. (I know someone's going to ask. Yes, you can adopt the puppy if you want.) The bridge directs you to a path that meanders along the streams edge. The day is warm and the winds are mild down in this valley. The path ends at the edge of a swamp the base of a towering cliff. There doesn't seem to be any path around! You're now soaking from head to toe. The middle of the stream is only up to your knees so you continue to make your way across to the other side - avoiding frogs and turtles. You distantly have the sense that you did the right thing. You enter a place filled with trees and a few shoots of bamboo. Something about the trees seem friendly. Maybe it is the way a few of the branches reach down to stroke you with their leaves. Maybe it's the birdsong you hear everywhere.
