I was trying to purchase dragons in the gem marketplace and after clicking the confirmation that yes, I did want to purchase the dragon, I received the following error: "Sorry, this seller's auctions cannot be purchased at this time." [img]https://i.imgur.com/hsRYlnd.png[/img] I have refreshed, closed the browser, reloaded the auction house and I get the same error. It is the same for every one of that user's listings, as well as each listing of a few other users as well. Unsure if others have seen this happen?

I came here looking for an answer to the same problem...freaked me out going page after page of unbuyable fodder dragons.

This happens when the seller's account has been locked.

I came for the same thing, it doesn't seem to be a single lair being affected and at first I thought it was a locked account but the pages say nothing of the sort. I may have missed a change in that though.

Check the person's dragons. If there is no like button, the account has been locked.

That one's always been a feature! The tell they removed was the profile comments saying "Account Locked." That one was removed with the profile revamp.

I definitely missed the memo on those lol. I'll keep that in mind for the future and as for the unbuyable dragons we'll just have to wait for the timer to run out.

Very interesting. That was admittedly my first thought (after reloading the AH and my browser).

Thank you all for your input on this! I've been gone for a couple years so I missed the update.

@Akumisan there's a few active suggestions about changing this feature because it's unfair to players who want to buy dragons left up for sale in the AH when the seller has a locked account but aren't allowed to for no reason
