I believe this is apparent on all breeds, from what I can see, as I haven't sifted through every breed but is apparent on at least a few. This transparency error can be a result of some art programs not liking half-opaque pixels. I don't know if it's fixable (it should be if somebody has the file for it still) but it's clearly not intended.

It does the same thing on the other side, over his nostril and tooth-thing(?), but it's not as noticeable.

[b]Breed:[/b] Bogsneak [b]Sex:[/b] Both [b]Item:[/b] [gamedb item=349] I was making an outfit for one of my dragons, and I realized that on both Bogsneak male and female art, it seems the Maroon Tail Wrap displays the art for the Leather Tail Wrap instead. I confirmed this by using both the Maroon Tail Wrap and Leather Tail Wrap on Bogsneak mannequins of both sexes; both apparel items displayed the exact same art. I also tried displaying the Maroon Tail Wrap on several other breeds and poses for comparison, and it appears to display the correct color on every breed except Bogsneak.
