For that particular skin, if i incorporate the scroll into the bowl design instead of having it obscure the dragon, it'll cost 85 levels, or 125g/kt^^
also, you'll only need to sponsor a gene once^^

Rifter - Completely doable. Total will be 30-levels since it's an easy accent and I've already done the Pearl. Go ahead and send levels in to an attendant when you're ready :)
