I only picked that gene because it made his tert color match his body and I don't actually like the fluid look. (that's the only reason he's wearing the solar flame collar: to hide his neck). Also would love it if his large frills were also lightly spotted/freckled instead of just plain.

Would you like me to make his underbelly the color of the capsule(just without the liquid vial effect), and do you have a preference for the speckle color? Just want to make sure!

Re Capsule: yes exactly =)
Re Speckles: No solid preference, it can either match his body/the other fins or be a bit darker and more like the fins are actually colored, depending on what looks best for the composition (like if the fins all being the same color would make them indistinguishable or whatever)
