I don't know if it would be too much trouble at this point, but would it be possible to make some of the colors brighter? Specifically the blue hood and the green part of the throat--they're both bright neon colors on the actual dragon, and look sort of dark by comparison in the drawing.

I adjusted some of the values I used so hopefully this is a bit more what you were looking for - unfortunately the darkness comes from the shading layer, so I can't completely remove it, but I fiddled with things to make it more vibrant.
