I've been pinged back here sooooo many times that I can't even keep count on who I have to reply to so I am very sorry!!
I just wanted to address the main issue of 'old players or players who saved up really hard will be scorned!'
I have had three Light Sprites. The first was from the Light festival, which I gave away when I quit. I came back after 5 or so months and bought a Light Sprite again, which I scrimped and saved up for over the period of a few months. I then sold that somewhere mid 2015 because there was a very very expensive user made accent I was after and I needed the funds. Later on, I got my third one as a gift for my girlfriend by trading my final and most prized item, my Sunchasers, for it.
Would reintroducing a handful of sprites back into the market each year somehow trivialize the work I went through and the things I had to give up? Of course not. I could care less. Economies change. I have figures whose worth has been reduced to pocket change thanks to the companies offering more runs of them. Does that make them any less important to me? Uh.... no. I might have spent more than I would have to these days but they still look nice on my shelves lol.
So maybe people arguing against re-releasing could stop grouping 'people who worked hard or gave up things for their spites!' into one category because we're not all against it.

@Reckless, there have been a couple findings reported on the forums, so they are dropping. They must just have a very low drop rate.
