TOPIC | Tertiary Gene: Crackle
Reselling is how some people make profit. I used to do it with dragons when you could actually make money from the process and I made a hella lot of treasure.
So there's three options for getting this new scroll that you could use instead of complaining.

[*]Stalk the marketplace and buy it when you see it. Be fast. This option is not open to everyone. If not viable, then proceed to option two.
[*]Purchase it for the inflated price and waste some extra money just to get it early. If you don't have the money or are stingy like myself, proceed to option three.
[*]Wait until it's no longer a new gene. This happened with skydancers and look, now you can get that breed change scroll from the marketplace. At the time of writing, there's like 5 skydancer scrolls in the marketplace right now.

Yeah, sure, some prices are pretty crazy, but if people will buy those... more power to the sellers, foolish buyers. But I can't say I blame them for trying to make a profit while they can, that's supply/demand in business.

I finally got one from the MP today (kudos to those resellers who manage to keep from using it and sell it on the AH for the impatient!)

Thank you for listening to the suggestions in the forum and making such a versatile gene; I've seen it look like goo and slime, electricity, marble and more!

As with most of the genes thus far, this one is situational. Sometimes it looks good, sometimes bad (one of my poor ridges looks like he's been splattered with snot, while my maize/maize/crimson skydancer looks like he's been frolicking around in the blood of his vanquished enemies).
I'm loving the versatility of this gene. With good planning, the markings can be bloody, gooey, earthy, or electric, and it can even sometimes look good on solids.
