Wisp is the leader of the lair, helping the newer dragons adjust by bouncing their personality back at them to make himself seem familiar. Although he is tiny his size allows for him to seem non threatening so the other dragons do not feel the need to fight him for dominance of the lair.

Wisp not only mimics the actions of those around him, but he also mimics colour of the mother of shadows. To hide in the surrounding of wispwillow grove he collects glowing flowers and decorates his skin in the luminescence glow.

As ambassador of the flight he was the first to meet Willow. He was smitten immediately, although it took him a while to court her. They now share a nest, one filled with glowing decorations and a murktooth bramblekeep to guard it.
