Biography
SANGE fugitive confident | short-tempered | wary |
About A darkly elegant Veilspun who works at the Seven Spades. Sange is brash and wears (most) emotions on her sleeve, a fact that makes her terrible at cards. She's much better suited to throwing unruly patrons out of the tavern or arm-wrestling with Akuma. She's also one of the few dragons who can match Pariah in a duel, which does not go unnoticed by her fellow tavern regulars.

Story
Sange was hatched in a clan of Nature mages with an unorthodox approach to their magic. Her clan specialized in enhancing their own bodies, turning themselves into rage-filled beasts in battle. She was taught their ways and sent out into the world, but she quickly ran into trouble. Her dark red scales and berserker rage led many to assume that she was one of the Plaguebringer's children, and she was often run out of settlements. Eventually she was chased out of the Viridian Labyrinth itself, this time pursued by the Gladeknights under a charge of treason. Sange fled south, across the Autumn Strait and into Dragonhome, and eventually she ended up in the Scarred Wasteland.
The Wasteland welcomed her with open arms, the traits that had ostracized her from her homeland making her quite popular among Plague dragons. At least, until they found out she was Nature-born. History repeated itself as Sange was chased from town to town by zealous Plaguelings, who saw her as an impostor trying to steal the Plaguebringer's magic. Though she fought as hard as she could, eventually she was captured by a smuggler with connections in the Labyrinth, who had heard about the Gladeknights' hunt for her and hoped to capitalize on it. Sange was subdued, caged, and put on a ship bound for the Labyrinth.
It was on this ship where Sange met Pariah. Despite being heavily restrained, Sange still put up quite a fight, which impressed the Skydancer so much that she agreed to free Sange when they made port in Traveler's Rest. The pair's escape was far from peaceful, and in the process of hiding from the smuggler's crew they struck a deal with Chime, becoming full-time security for the Spades in exchange for protection from anyone who might come looking for them.
