The child of an angel and a demon, this creature is previously unheard of, unseen, and unimagined. It's quite an ineffable thing, really...

Additional Notes:
  • Odd daughter of the strange Spiral pair in the Hoverview Vale (apparently one of the first of her kind, at least from their nests)
  • Came out of her shell with shades of black and white, a rarity in and of itself (not a yin, not a yang; a question no one knew how to answer)
  • Stayed with her parents for a time, trying to figure out if she was meant to be more like one or another (one of the last to leave in the end, in fact)
  • Discovered a love of literature from her mellow father (he wasn't so happy when she stole the book he was currently reading to read it herself, though she made sure to save his place with a proper bookmark)
  • Also loved the occasional joke; sometimes even a little petty theft if she was up to it (she especially loved stealing fruit from some of the trees grown in the lair, setting up a scoreboard in her nest listing each one and who owned it; she'd tie a little golden ribbon to the branches of trees she successfully snatched from)
  • Spent time with her brothers to try and see if she was like them (as it turned out, she seemed to be off compared to all three of them; she gave up on that front as soon as she realized as much)
  • Eventually settled into her own routine, spending her setting up delicacies for her to enjoy in the evening with a good book out in one of the gardens or groves (she'll often steal ingredients for these meals, and satisfies her inner trickster with the knowledge that she stole from her dads too)
  • Seemed rather content until she found some really old books one dad had hidden away (she froze for a solid minute when picking it up made a really loud cracking sound; she still doesn't know if she added a crack to the ancient cover or not with how old it looks)
  • Thought it was just an old storybook, or perhaps an old script for a play at first (she knew her calmer dad had a massive collection of old texts of all sorts; she's convinced he just loves books in general with how they seem to have no set theme to them)
  • Was insanely intrigued when she found out it was a book of prophecy (in fact, the very first line she read seemed to be addressed to her directly; a strange thing seeing as she just opened it to the middle)
  • "When that the unknown chylde readeth these words of mine, in her father's dwindled hoarde of other menne's books, then days of change are certes upon us. Open thine eyes to understand. Open thine eyes and rede, I do say, chylde of change, for thy cakes doth grow cold." (labeled as prophecy 1640, with 1641 telling her she is much like her "foolish principalitee" father in regard to her foods and obsessions with written works)
  • Almost went to ask her fathers about the book, but thought better of it swiftly (specifically when she realized her little tea cakes she'd made had indeed gone cold due to how long she'd mulled over the two prophecies she'd read so far)
  • Hid the book away under her nest to check over later, still ever curious about what was written within (seriously, what was a "foolish principalitee" and why did that somehow apply to one of her fathers)
  • Avoided the book for a time, trying to settle back into her own new normal (it definitely didn't last, seeing as she kept running into the book every time she found herself needing to hide a new stolen treat)
  • Finally pulled out the book to see if the prophecies from before had something she may have missed (as if she'd somehow forgotten them both)
  • Took ages to finally decide what to do (both to test the book itself, and to see what she should do next)
  • Opened to a random page, her eyes closed, placed a claw on the page, then opened her eyes to read (she hoped there wasn't some sort of magical influence guiding her, but she was certain she'd sense something if that were the case; she questioned that almost immediately afterwards)
  • "One scrypte burnt by chylde of mine blood, when alle was fayed and all was done, but never truly lost; ye chylde yet unknown must care, fore Ye Saga will Continued." (prophecy 1833, apparently with a typo despite how the language was back then; after all, surely it meant Ye Saga Will Continue, even if it had some odd capitalization)
  • Didn't think much of it really, though she was indeed more careful since she read of herself in the book (it did say take care, after all)
  • Thought more when one of the couriers arrived with a package for her, with strict instructions it was meant for her eyes alone (much to her fathers' dismay, seeing as it was much like when one of them was sent a new book to hoard away)
  • She hid the box away until her fathers went off to tend to their own collections (she knew how nosy they could potentially be; she also knew they had a date that night with one of the local chefs in Hoverview Vale)
  • Was more than stunned when she opened the box to reveal an old manuscript labeled "The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch; Ye Saga Continued" (it certainly did not take her long to remember the odd prophecy with the typo, which made much more sense now; she even remembered it was #1833)
  • Found a note addressed to her in the box alongside a map (the parchment was clearly a few centuries old, but it was jarring to see the crescendo twisting in the direction it was now, as well as the newer Magmablood Rebuke clearly marked to the east)
  • Hid everything under her bed, then raced to find something that could act as a sort of decoy for her nosy fathers (in the end she settled for a book on snake care that she'd bought for herself and hidden away some time ago; she still wanted a pet snake someday, but this was more important)
  • Spent a few weeks trying to make up her mind on what to do now, until she remembered that the manuscript was specifically for her (or so it seemed; it certainly wasn't for this Agnes drake's descendant that burnt the other one)
  • She flipped the manuscript open, reading over the first prophecy to catch her eye (she somewhat regretted it, in the end)
  • "When chylde unknown finde this scrypte, and readeth these words of mine, gather thy courage and fly where a Spyre Divides and thy kin doth wryte faytes anew." (she thought it was amusing this happened to be this manuscript's Prophecy 1640, with Prophecy 1641 reminding her that her "foolish principalitee" father and her "wily serpente of stars" father weren't meant to know about this manuscript; it also told her a letter would let her depart)
  • She waited for the chance to leave for this spire (it didn't take long at all, amazingly; one of her own older siblings wrote to her fathers to ask about the younger nest, mentioning they had room in the Divided Spire if any really wanted to drop by)
  • Insisted on going to live at the Divided Spire, to the surprise of her fathers (she gave multiple reasons, from seeing the cursed puppy nieces/nephews to learning more in their massive library; she never did mention anything prophetic or witch-y in nature)
  • Finally told she could go, tucking the manuscript and other things away in her luggage where he fathers would never see it (she considered sending it ahead of her, but fretted over someone at the Spire reading the manuscript and snatching it for themselves)
  • With the aid of Agnes Nutter's manuscript, note, and map, she managed to arrive without any trouble (she even noticed the weather was surprisingly pleasant; she almost wanted to say it was like a warm hug from her calmer father)
  • Studied the manuscript along the way (to the point she'd even worked out a few prophecies seemingly meant for her arrival to the Spire itself; she even knew where her new home was before being told by one of the drakes sent to show her around)
  • Signed up as a student at the Spire, hid her manuscript away, and swiftly took to her old habits of stealing food and reading in her downtime (she saved her manuscript of "Ye Saga Continued" for late night reads only, which seemed fine seeing as she'd begun to notice she needed sleep less and less)
  • Visited with her siblings from other nests whenever she came across them (Samhain was rather proud of her own noodles, and was eager to show off the nest she'd be nanny-ing for among the Barghests; Charmeine was a bit more shy with her own Barghest partner; she couldn't help but tie herself up when she saw Ramiel watching over a nest between himself and a rather lucky Imperial named Agar)
  • Wound up in the sights of some of the Grand Scholars, albeit unintentionally (some of them noticed she wasn't sleeping nearly as much as most drakes; she had to prove she wasn't dabbling in magic she shouldn't be messing with due to the signs pointing towards it, which only confused them further)
  • Even managed to evade Kaurik, surprisingly (apparently such a feat was seen as impossible, but Agnes' manuscript and previous book had helped her immensely in that regard)
  • Doesn't quite know what she's meant to do now aside from study The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch and it's sequel, so that's what she's done
  • Has noticed she forgets to sleep often, seemingly without any side effects (much like her easygoing father, especially when she was studying anything interesting)
  • Has also noticed she only seems to have emotional signs of withdrawal when it comes to eating food or drinking water (she'd grown to love her snacks, and while she never seems to grow weaker, she'll often realize she actually is outright missing the flavor of some foods weeks after not eating at all)
  • Bonded with Baruch due to how long she'd spend in the Grand Archive (he'd been teaching many of her siblings and their children how to defend themselves due to his experience with his own kin)
  • Has also formed a bond with an odd kitsune-like drake named Azarias (he has his own wants, his love of the stars, and a trickster streak a mile long)
  • Sometimes extends her research into learning about herself, her fathers, and their past (she's noticed some texts that seem to mention drakes that look like them, but questions if they could be ancestors of some sort due to how ancient some of them seem to be)
  • Hopes to figure out why she seems to not need sleep, food, or even water (has yet to consider that her name might be more literal than her fathers even realized)
