Rakuyou is the mild-mannered owner of the Flowering Meadows tea shop. Tucked away in the corner of the docks, it's not often that tourists stumble upon his humble shop, but it's a favored spot for many of the locals. Delicious aromas are always drifting from his shop, and he always has the perfect pawmade blend for you to gently sip or take home to brew yourself. Rakuyou enjoyes making tea, which is what drew him to the plateau in the first place. While the hustle and bustle of Greenport is much too exciting for him, he appreciates how easy it is to get herbs and ingredients not just from his home flight but others as well. He likes gardening, poetry, long walks, good conversation, and good tea. He's managed to find all of those things in his little corner of the docks, and he's perfectly willing to share his corner with whoever stumbles into it. |

I'm not really a tundra person but Rakuyou captured my heart as soon as I saw him. He just has such a gentle, tranquil aesthetic about him. I feel like I could spend an entire day in a misty garden with him drinking tea. With that said, I was not at all surprised to see his lore; you matched it perfectly to his look! The cottage scene was basically made for him, or vice versa, but either way when I clicked on his page I just had an immediate sense of relaxation. I love how you accentuate the soft orange with his outfit, and the texture from the spruce poison is just perfection. Another of the small details I love: the way his arm fluff has such a lovely gradient from blue to orange and then back to dark teal.
