A cocky young Wildclaw born into an order of sacred knights of the Gladekeeper. The Gladeknights live to defend the aims of their god, and their history is often kept secret from all but the exalts of Nature. As a young knight in training, Farris was sent to the Scarred Wasteland in the wake of rumors of Aberrations reappearing there, as a chance to prove himself to his superiors. He arrived at the Wyrmwound just in time to see Kenji fleeing, and immediately set off after him. He knew that this would be his best chance to best an Aberration, since Kenji had been wounded and was still disoriented from his transformation. Farris chased him around the southern coast of the Sea of a Thousand Currents, but was shaken off in the Ashfall Waste. He stopped to gather leads in Cinderslag, and heard of Traveler's Rest as a place for runaways. Figuring this fit his quarry, Farris arrived in the city just as Ailia did. Seeing the massive Aberration surrounded by a flock of harpies frightened Farris more than he would ever admit, and he spent a few days laying low to make sure he stayed out of her way. After coming out of hiding, it wasn't hard for him to find Kenji again. He promptly challenged the Aberration to a duel, which ended in a draw. The draw was an embarrassment to Farris. He couldn't return to the Gladeknights without having defeated an Aberration, so he chose to stay in the Rest and hone his skills before facing Kenji again someday. When not training against the senior members of the guard, Farris can be found helping Nature Envoy Laurel with the upkeep of the Temple of Nature. |

-pivots pretty wildly between sounding like a noble knight and a cocky teenager
-actually wasn't that bothered by Bloodbender being from Plague, he respects great warriors no matter where they come from
-avoids Seikatsu because he thinks she'll snitch on him directly to the Gladekeeper. not sure how she would do that but do what you want buddy
-stays out of Zephyr's way because he does not want to be accosted by bad poetry and questions about Kenji
