(Relentless Warrior)
Rumored to hail from an damned inferno, Dante is feared realm-wide as a formidable opponent. Even now-- despite having moved to a more peaceful clan-- he still trains heartily and viciously, preparing for some unforeseen war that might hide in the future. He doesn't like to use the word "retired" on himself, having difficulty coming to grips with his own exhaustion for battle and a growing want to raise children and start a family. This is reflected in him collaborating with Pad to create a clan militia-- a "just-in-case" precaution for any hostile visitors, or Beastclan encounters.
Expectedly, most of the clan finds him intimidating, and stays far, far out of his way-- despite the fact that Dante actually has the chivalrous self-restraint to not kill unnecessarily. Regardless, he fortunately prefers the solitude; he finds nothing more fulfilling than a solitary training session in his lair or the rocky grounds nearby. The clan leaders find his energy admirable, and his noble work-ethic even more so-- even if much of it is a questionably-healthy coping mechanism for a complicated mental state. Sketch has tried to reason that there is a difference between exercise and hurting oneself in frustration, but met little success.
Tyrant was an old friend of Dante's from his time in territorial battles; a helpful pet trained to defend with a barbarian's rage. Nowadays, in its older age, Tyrant is a favorite sparring partner for Pad's familiar, Lieutenant.
