In a web around Ieri Poli are many small villages who operate semi-independently, their residents living out humble lives. They are supplied and protected by the shining jewel, of course, but most will go without ever seeing the towering pillars and temples of the capital. Palla always thought she would be one of these people. It's not that she minded: she was a hunter for her town, a little place called Kamei. That was her lot until there was a shade infection in the area, one she paid no mind to until a monster attacked her. She was saved by a paladin of the Order who swept down and protected her at the expense of her own life. This sparked a desire to join herself, as well as a guilt/inferiority complex a mile wide. She moved to Ieri Poli to join the Order and quickly moved up the ranks, proving herself to be incredibly inventive and adaptable. Along the way she built her own bow which shoots arrows of light that both heal allies and harm the shade-infected. It was this invention that sealed her place in Lux Aeterna, one of the best paladin guilds. Here she was paired with Achilles. She loves him dearly (as she does the whole guild) and serves as the incredibly stressed about-to-have-a-breakdown to his cool calm collectedness. Outside of working she can be found hunting to get rid of her nerves. |
