Biography

Faye | she/her | apprentice healer | young adult

Faye is a strongly motivated apprentice; her preferred position is a thorn stuck in Isadora's side, which the elder dragon tolerates surprisingly well. As such, Faye spends much of her time in the healers' den; studying, re-organizing Isadora's supplies, or tending to patients under her mentor's watchful eye. When she's not in the healers' den, Faye spends her time much the same: poking her nose in other dragons' business, and thinking she knows what's best for everyone. Good thing she's so eager to learn - there are many life lessons ahead of this stubborn young dragon!

Daz and Mirin arrive some time later than the previous four, as Mirin had some difficulties on the way as it was the first time she had to fly such a long distance herself.
Daz stays with her all the time and makes sure nothing happens. Because she knows that Mirin can't actually fly by herself.
Daz notices that Mirin is clearly exhausted and therefore quickly looks around for a place (or help) nearby where Mirin could recover a bit for the time being.

Mirin is able to point Daz in the direction of the healers' cave, which is thankfully on ground level; Daz is able to help her past the crowd and around the base of the cliff until they reach the den. The healer is with another patient, but Mirin just needs to rest, so the healer calls for her apprentice.

Faye dutifully leads Mirin to a shallow cot and brings her some water.

Daz: "Thank you very much for your help. Mirin can't really fly at all and therefore unfortunately arrived here very exhausted. She desperately wanted to go back to her old home and her family. And since we are relatives, I accompanied her because she wanted me to get to know her family and especially her father, since he seems to be my grandpa."

Mirin: recovers a bit "yes I had heard that dad had other children and one of them fits quite well with the description of Daz's father. And I really want to see Mom, Dad and my siblings and everyone again. And it's grandma's birthday. "

Faye asks some further questions that lead her to discern the identity of Mirin's father and Daz's grandfather. "Must be Lythrum," she muses. "He'll be running the kitchens even stricter than usual this week, but you may be able to catch him outside preparing coconuts or shellfish?" She gives them directions to the area, which is just outside the cave where Dominic and Laurel have met.
