A wandering adventurer/gambler/con dragon who came to Kaiator to make his fortune, along with his bodyguard Chibundu.

Razanei still visits his old wolfpack sometimes in ghost form. He tries to describe for them the excitement and bustle of the big city, the glittering nightlife, the latest technological fads. Some of them are interested, but most of them don't really get it. He's grown apart from his old family and it makes him sad.
Maybe, he thinks, some of them will be reborn as dragons just like him, and they can party together in the big city until dawn.
