Razanei's 118th child. Oh, look, another anklebiter.
Like her older sister Nalbina, she can flap her wings so fast she hovers in midair. The difference is that Nalbina hovers out of sheer spite (scientists say that dragons should not be able to hover, so she will hover ALL SHE LIKES in their FACES) while Nikayo imbues it with an air of mystery and grace.
In a long-distance relationship with Numinoru.

as of 1/26/24, Nikayo is the only bar/constellation/mop dragon in existence. however, she plans to change that:
