Dancer's Bell
The daughter of a pair of roaming mercenaries, Magdalena is taught to fight as soon as she can walk. She takes to it well, and it isn't long before she starts to display abilities her parents didn't have: abilities to slip into the shadows, or to point darkness towards her enemies. Unnerved by this talent, Katla encourages her to use it cautiously. Jiselle, on the other hand, is excited by the potential, and seeks other shady fighters for her to train with.

Thus does she end up working in close quarters with Hellebore, one of the clan leader's children. She learns a lot from him, not the least of which is loyalty and curiosity. The older she gets, the more her parents' life as sellswords is unappealing to her. No, Magdalena prefers the ideal of knighthood, being sworn to protect one clan.

Strangely enough, her inspiration is at its strongest when Hemlock collapses. Seeing Eclipse gather the remnants of a shattered clan and get them back on track for their noble mission leaves a strong impression on her, and when she offers Eclipse her services, he is all too willing to make a ceremony of accepting her, along with Revyn. As the two work in close quarters, their shared purpose brings them together.
