Despite the struggles, I would never return there" ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ Joie wanders in the gloom, looking for the perfect chance to pickpocket someone and get away with it unnoticed, being in order to survive the day to day, or rather spend it in her questionable leisure interests; she hasn’t been lucky all the time and had ended in jail more than once, place she absolutely hates, yet comes back at it more often than not. Being feisty, she doesn’t keep her mouth shut and always speaks up. Courageous and not easy to scare, she doesn't give in to second thoughts before jumping into a fight. She acts on her impulses before she even thinks, doing reckless decisions. And yet, whatever she does, she does with fiery passion. Hot-headed and temperamental, she won’t back out of giving her sincere opinion. That's not to say she's always honest, though, since she'd easily lie to get out of sticky situations. She may look like a person who trusts people easily, and who's loyal to those who treat her well. However, it's not common for her to open up; to be seen as vulnerable. She hides behind a facade of strength, sassiness, and sarcasm so as not to let others see her weakness or use her own feelings against her. The moment she opens up to someone is the only moment where they can see her true delicacy. Tries to avoid the thoughts of her bitter past and present through pleasure and dissociation, hitting rock bottom if everything seems downhill, but despite her struggles, she tries to enjoy her freedom on her peaks of lively energy, either in a good or bad direction. |
