Timo seems unassuming at first. A well-liked dragon by all, many residents of Roost's Edge even owing their upbringing to the kind Coatl, there seems to be nothing off about him. Though Timo hides more than initially seen. Timo's origins come from Tirwyn, the mayor of Roost's Edge, himself though. He wasn't even sentient to begin with, a mere plushie that a lost hatchling gave Tirwyn as a token of gratitude for helping the young one. Because he was so touched, Tirwyn gave the plushie life to further take care of any hatchlings or dragons, hence Timo. Tirwyn made sure that Timo was given the softest clothes to don and the most plush stuffing to soothe hatchlings that stumbled into his nursery. Timo took on his role as caretaker with honor; gently caring and nursing both young and old and those just unprepared.

Though Tirwyn created Timo with love, he felt no love towards the plushie itself; only gratitude for how graciously he does his duty. Timo does feel slightly bitter that Tirwyn won't view him as his son.

As hatchlings love to have birthday parties, Timo usually has to call Florentina for whatever treats and pastries they desire. Florentina does give him a discount though, even though Timo's bank account is essentially infinite.
