Seedling

Lwyn was born into a large clan in the Reedcliff Ascent. His father was a well-known baker who loved tending to various herbs, utilizing them in his cooking while his mother tended to the gardens, innately skilled in the art of caring for the plants under her care. When Lwyn and his siblings were born, their parents doted on them, trying to teach them their skills. It didn't take long before they realized that their quiet son wasn't just shy. Lwyn was mute, unable to engage in conversation like his siblings. One of his older siblings, Mythril, tried to see if this was a condition they could fix but it was not.

Spending more and more time with his mother, Lwyn began picking up on her skills with plants, enjoying the quiet which existed in the garden. The two developed their own language together, using the plants as a means of communication based on the meanings attributed to them by those more superstitious. As a result, Lwyn learned to speak the language of flowers and herbs.

Sprout

Over time, Lwyn began to grow interested in the world outside his clan. Although not as skilled as his mother, he soon set out to find a new home to settle down in, one where he could continue to grow and experience new things. Eventually finding the Hotaru Clan, Lwyn settled down.

He quickly began working with Nuriel and his fiancé, helping their gardens and the greenhouse to become beautiful as well as functional. Lwyn was the first to begin growing fruit trees in the clan grounds, carefully raising them from seedlings in the greenhouse before planting them outside.
The engaged couple, mostly focused on their individual desires when it comes to growing plants, were mostly happy that the garden seemed to be producing more. Many of the other dragons, including Zelda, enjoy the new beauty of the gardens.

Lwyn settled in with the clan, many assuming that he was so shy that he would not speak. While partially true, Lwyn never really bothered to correct their assumptions, instead quietly focusing on his work with the occasional nod or head shake. When requesting supplies, he tends to just leave a list on the requisitioner's door.

During his time with the clan, Lwyn has begun spending the occasional evening with Mikan. While his skill with cooking is not comparable to the other's, Lwyn's knowledge of different herbs makes him a good dragon to test new dishes on. As such, Mikan and Lwyn have begun to grow closer and the other is one of the few who knows about Lwyn's condition.

What a beautiful assortment of colors Lwyn has! I love the way the pink pops under all the green. He looks like a hard worker. ToxicToxophilite

Love a good eclectic lair, nice to visit you again! There's a really diverse spread of apparel choices and styles here. Your Link and Zelda dragons made me smile too. Lwyn is incredible, like, just the case for a dragon who wears a complete apparel set perfectly. Honeydew and blush are, of course, a dream combination -- they're just so cute, pink and green is an underrated color combo. But they also work spectacularly with the sprouting garden set, which picks up on honeydew's darker green tones. The cording on the strawberry wingpiece is different from the belt's, so I think technically they go with another colorway...blue or something? But they're perfect here, that pale pink serves to pull some of his body accents back in! osteophagy
