Pano is, very simply, a thief and a scammer and should have the trust of no dragons and, for the health of Arcana Central's trade that is crucial for their economy, should be blacklisted from all businesses and shops; Pano would rather classify himself as an opportunist. Because for as many crimes as he has committed, somehow he keeps getting away with it with a dismissive wave of his claws and a tilt of his hat as he slips away into one of the many alleyways he seemingly lives in. Pano profits on the ignorance and laziness of other dragons, blatantly reselling wares and goods for sometimes double their original price with a convincing flick of his tongue and honey-infused words. His hat seems to be bottomless as well as that's where he keeps most of his wares and goods; there have been many rumors of Pano pulling out live animals as large as buildings. Pano dismisses this all with a chuckle and another advertisement for his latest good.

It wasn't like Pano tried to scam Kaci at first, but he felt too guilty from stealing from someone that is essentially a newborn dragon. He taught her the ways of the markets in Arcana, even helping her kickstart her own business as a tarot card reader.

Pano didn't expect such a young dragon to be wandering around these parts of Arcana. Seeing as she had practically nothing on her, he tried to ward her off.
