Saraki

A presence more heard and felt than seen, as a scrabbling in the walls, a marked lessening of pest problems, and a quiet, disappointed chittering whenever some musically-inclined dragon finishes what they thought was solitary practice. Saraki is pest control for the lair, a creative solution to such unwanted occupants as tend to spoil and plunder food stores, books and gardens; a bug version of fighting fire with fire.

Home-nest is located in the walls of Vanatora's workshop, where Saraki feels most welcome / least likely to be upset by sudden screams.

Light draws Saraki in hops of finding a meal, but very bright, sudden lights may daze and alarm them into fainting(?) - going limp, as a result potentially falling on the unfortunate bearer of the light in question. Snapping back to their senses and making haste back into nice, safe gloom follows quickly afterwards. ....Nobody involved enjoys any of this when it happens.
