Hryllingssyning

A lone Undertide with scarred wings and many eyes - a wanderer? banished? or something dragon-shaped, but no true dragon at all? - Hryll lay hidden in the murky depths of that isolated lake for many years. Perhaps he slumbered there, finding it a place of refuge, or perhaps something bound him into an enchanted sleep; no one knows, though rumors abound among the other outcasts who have since come to dwell (and who are currently at war among themselves) in this remote region.

As efforts thus far have mostly involved the warring factions each seeking to turn the giant 'lake monster' on their foe to gain advantage, all that is yet known is that he awakened to a taint in his water and tremendous noise, rising to the surface confused, angered..... and, hungry.

- I imagine the 'warring factions' as being Beastclan outcasts who rejected the idea of peaceful coexistence with dragons and/or each other, as, people being people, some of them probably took this view.
- Have they heard of Undertide in their voluntary isolation? Do they know their 'monster' is a dragon? Depends on whether they have cut off all contact, or only like to pretend that they have; keeping some kind of tabs would make sense, but sometimes decisions like these do not.)
