As an edgy artist with a special interest in often unloved animals who would love to be an anthropomorphic chameleon, I find him to be extremely relatable. Him going into hyperfixation mode when describing bugs and then reminding himself to cool down? "Yes! Scored a commission! I mean...AND SO OUR CONTRACT IS BOUND, HUMAN"? The fact that while he could do so much better than CJ, he's definitely gay? Amazing. Quite relatable. I like him a lot. And yes, the irony of having a bug enthusiast fandragon that's a species that only eats bugs is not lost on me.

Flick was the instant winner! New Horizons was my first Animal Crossing game, and as a wildlife photographer and hardcore cool bug enthusiast (and goth...), I loved the character immediately. Now I only wish you could present Flick with the Butterfly's Kiss in the game and see his reaction.
